化学化工学院举办系列学术报告会(张袁斌教授、雷金平副教授)

汕头大学化学化工学院(碳中和未来技术学院)将于2025年6月10日在高水平实验楼B座一楼报告厅举办两场学术报告会。本次讲座由广东省有序结构材料的制备与应用重点实验室及粤港联合实验室共同主办,具体安排如下:
第一场报告
- 主题:离子化多孔框架材料与低碳分离
- 报告人:张袁斌 教授(浙江师范大学化学与材料科学学院)
- 时间:6月10日上午10:00
- 摘要: 张袁斌教授将系统阐述离子化框架材料在轻烃分离领域的研究突破。通过精准调控孔道结构和表面化学,其团队发展的三类离子化框架材料(硼簇阴离子杂化超分子框架、多氟阴离子杂化金属有机框架、离子化氢键有机框架)显著提升了乙炔/二氧化碳、丙炔/丙烯等关键工业分离过程的效能,为解决吸附容量与选择性间的博弈难题提供新路径。

- 主题:基于强化学习和扩散模型的知识约束型AI分子生成模型研究
- 报告人:雷金平 副教授(中山大学药学院)

- 摘要: 雷金平副教授将介绍团队在AI药物分子设计领域的前沿成果。通过结合强化学习、图神经网络和扩散模型技术,开发的DRlinker、GRELinker及DiffDec等创新算法,成功优化出抗肿瘤腺苷A2A受体拮抗剂和谷氨酰环化酶sQC抑制剂等高效候选药物,显著提升分子生成效率与成药性。
报告人简介
- 张袁斌: 浙江师范大学“双龙学者”特聘教授,博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金项目,在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊发表论文50余篇,入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
- 雷金平: 中山大学药学院“百人计划”副教授。主持国家自然科学基金及粤港联合项目,在Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA.、J. Med. Chem.等期刊发表多篇论文,获4项国家发明专利。

Shantou University's College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (Carbon Neutrality Future Technology College) will host two academic lectures on June 10, 2025, at the Lecture Hall (1F, Building B, High-level Laboratory Building). Co-organized by the Guangdong Key Laboratory and Guangdong-Hong Kong Joint Laboratory for Ordered Structure Materials, the schedule is as follows:
Lecture 1
- Topic: Ionized Porous Framework Materials for Low-Carbon Separation
- Speaker: Prof. Zhang Yuanbin (Zhejiang Normal University)
- Time: 10:00 AM, June 10
- Abstract: Prof. Zhang will present breakthroughs in ionized framework materials for light hydrocarbon separation. By precisely regulating pore structures and surface chemistry, his team developed three types of ionized frameworks that significantly enhance separation efficiency for key industrial processes (e.g., acetylene/carbon dioxide, propyne/propylene), offering new solutions to the trade-off between adsorption capacity and selectivity.

- Topic: Knowledge-Constrained AI Molecular Generation Models via Reinforcement Learning and Diffusion Models
- Speaker: Assoc. Prof. Lei Jinping (Sun Yat-sen University)
- Time: 2:30 PM, June 10
- Abstract: Assoc. Prof. Lei will introduce cutting-edge AI drug design methodologies. By integrating reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, and diffusion models, his team developed innovative algorithms (DRlinker, GRELinker, DiffDec) that successfully optimized antitumor adenosine A2A receptor antagonists and glutaminyl cyclase inhibitors, demonstrating enhanced molecular generation efficiency and druggability.
