首届汕头大学研究生信息检索大赛正式启动

党委研究生工作部与图书馆联合发布通知，宣布将于2025年6月7日至9月5日举办首届汕头大学研究生信息检索大赛。本次大赛以"数海寻真·AI领航"为主题，旨在深化人工智能技术在教育领域的应用，提升研究生科研实践与信息检索能力。

赛事组织

  • 主办单位：党委研究生工作部、图书馆
  • 承办单位：工学院
  • 参与对象：全体在籍研究生

赛程安排

  1. 报名阶段（截至6月28日） 以3人团队形式参赛，需扫描报名咨询群二维码完成组队报名
  2. 培训阶段（7月10日前） 线上培训，具体安排通过报名群发布
  3. 初赛阶段（7月-8月）
    • 线上答题竞赛（40%权重）
    • 文献检索报告提交（60%权重）
  4. 决赛答辩（9月5日前） 12支晋级队伍进行现场答辩

竞赛规则

  • 线上答题：两次答题机会，取最高分（限时50分钟）
  • 检索报告：Word/PDF格式，需包含创新性（30%）、实用性（30%）、可推广性（20%）、完成度（20%）四维度
  • 伦理审查：违反学术伦理或数据安全将取消资格

奖项设置

  • 特等奖1队（推荐参加省级赛事）
  • 一等奖2队、二等奖3队、三等奖6队
  • 颁发获奖证书及奖品

The Postgraduate Work Committee and Library jointly announced the inaugural Postgraduate Information Retrieval Competition, running from June 7 to September 5, 2025. Under the theme "Navigating Data Ocean with AI Leadership", the event aims to enhance AI applications in education and improve postgraduate research capabilities.

  • Participants: All enrolled postgraduates

Schedule

  1. Registration (by June 28) Team-based registration (3 members/team) via consultation group QR code
  2. Training (by July 10) Online sessions through registration group
  3. Preliminary Round (July-August)
    • Online quiz (40% weight)
    • Literature retrieval report submission (60% weight)
  4. Final Defense (by September 5) On-site presentation for 12 qualified teams

Competition Rules
