STU Issues Notice to Further Regulate Student Clubs
Overview
The STU Student Affairs Department and the Youth League Committee jointly issued a notice on further regulating student club work, in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Communist Youth League Central Committee’s university club management regulations and university-level rules.
Key Requirements
Registration and Approval: All student clubs must obtain formal approval and register before operation. Unapproved groups are prohibited from conducting any activities and must be disbanded, with the organizing unit or individual bearing full responsibility.
Activity Rules: Club activities require collective decision-making, advisor consent, and approval from the supervising department. All promotions and event information must be reviewed by the advisor. Clubs may not conduct commercial activities, sign contracts with external parties, or accept external funding.
