Science Salon Invites Dr. Lei Hongjie from Northwest A&F University to Discuss Beer Yeast Fermentation

About the Speaker
Dr. Lei graduated from South China University of Technology and currently serves as a lecturer at Northwest A&F University. His research focuses on food fermentation and microbial metabolic regulation. During his doctoral studies, he published four SCI papers as first author with a cumulative impact factor of 11.227 and filed one patent application.
