Academic Affairs Office to Inspect Internship Materials Across Departments Nov 10-14
The Academic Affairs Office will conduct a comprehensive inspection of internship work materials across all teaching units from November 10 to 14, 2014, to assess the implementation of internship programs and ensure compliance with the “Shantou University Undergraduate Internship Management Regulations (2014 Revision).”
Scope
The inspection covers all internship courses offered during the 2014 summer vacation and summer term.
Schedule
Each department must select a specific date within the November 10–14 window for the inspection and submit it by email to the Academic Affairs Office by November 7. Contact: Zhou Mengyi, email myzhou@stu.edu.cn.
Departments are also required to complete a self-assessment of their internship materials by November 7.

Results Publication
The Academic Affairs Office will publish the inspection results on the internal office system and in the Teaching Newsletter.
