汕头大学发布2025届毕业生校园卡销户安排通知

根据汕头大学财务处和网络与信息中心联合发布的通知，2025届全体毕业生的校园卡将于2025年7月23日起正式销户结算。结算后，校园卡余额将自动退回学生本人在中国银行汕头大学支行的银行账户。

账户信息更新

  1. 时间：2025年6月26日至7月25日
    • 毕业生若已注销中国银行汕头大学支行账户，须使用校内邮箱发送替代银行账户信息至指定的服务邮箱（[email protected]），包括开户银行（需精确到分行或支行）、账户名称、银行账号和学生证号。
    • 提供的账户信息需完整且在2025年9月退款前有效。

业务停止

  1. 时间：2025年7月22日
    • 所有校园卡补助和扣款业务将于7月22日下午17：00前停止。
    • 如有未完成扣款或补助事宜，学生可咨询财务处处理。

销户实施

  1. 时间：2025年7月23日起
    • 校园卡正式销户后，所有功能将被取消，以教务处提供的毕业生名单为准。
    • 留校毕业生如需在校内继续使用校园卡，可在7月25日至8月26日至网络与信息中心申请办理访客卡（需携带身份证件）。

余额退款

  1. 时间：2025年9月15日起
    • 财务处将统一处理余额退款至指定银行账户。
    • 无中行账户者将按照提交的其他账户信息退款。

Shantou University Issues Notice on Campus Card Closure Arrangements for 2025 Graduates

The Finance Office and Network & Information Center of Shantou University jointly announced that the campus cards of all 2025 graduates will be formally closed from July 23, 2025. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be automatically refunded to students’ Bank of China Shantou University branch accounts.

Account Information Update

  1. Period: June 26 to July 25, 2025
    • Graduates who have closed their Bank of China Shantou University branch accounts must submit alternative bank account details via their university email to the support mailbox ([email protected]), including bank name (specifying branch/location), account holder name, account number, and student ID.
    • Account information must be complete and valid until September 2025 refunds are processed.

Business Suspension

  1. Date: July 22, 2025
    • All campus card subsidies and deductions will cease by 5:00 PM on July 22.
    • Students with outstanding deductions or subsidies should consult the Finance Office.

Card Closure Implementation

  1. Starting Date: From July 23, 2025
    • Campus cards will be deactivated upon closure, with all functions disabled based on the graduate list provided by academic offices.
    • Graduates remaining on campus who require card usage may apply for visitor cards at the Network & Information Center between July 25 and August 26 (with ID verification).

Balance Refund

  1. Starting Date: From September 15, 2025
    • The Finance Office will handle balance refunds to designated bank accounts.
    • Refunds for those without Bank of China accounts will follow submitted alternative information.
