罗英光同志获评广东省“百千万工程”表现突出个人

在2025年5月29日召开的广东省委农村工作会议暨"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程"推进会上，汕头大学科研处副处长、"双百行动"驻南澳县服务队队长罗英光同志被授予"表现突出个人"称号。该表彰会议全省范围内共有200个集体和200名个人获得荣誉，其中仅有7支高校驻县服务队和4名高校干部入选。

罗英光同志作为汕头大学县校合作工作骨干，自2023年广东省实施"双百行动"以来，带领团队对接南澳县发展需求，组织调研活动120余次，成功推动25个校地合作项目落地。主要成果包括：

  • 共建县域创新科研基地，推动6个科研平台高效运行
  • 首次引进青蟹陆基立体养殖技术，推广国家水产新品种
  • 完成环城东路风貌提升等10个规划设计项目
  • 主办南澳"乡村运营师"大赛引资2390万元 目前累计组织师生2000余人次参与服务，开展活动200余场，受益群众超1万人次。

据统计，汕头大学"双百行动"实施期间已获省级以上奖项14项，入选首批省级优秀示范案例。2025年作为攻坚关键年，学校将持续深化县校合作，为广东省城乡区域协调发展贡献力量。

Comrade Luo Yingguang Honored as Outstanding Individual in Guangdong's "Hundreds of Thousands Project"

At the 2025 Guangdong Provincial Rural Work Conference and the Promotion Meeting for the "High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns, and Tens of Thousands of Villages" held on May 29, Luo Yingguang, Deputy Director of the Research Office at Shantou University and Captain of the University's "Double Hundred Action" Service Team in Nan'ao County, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Individual." Among the 200 collectives and 200 individuals honored across the province, only 7 university service teams and 4 university cadres received this distinction.

Since the launch of Guangdong's "Double Hundred Action" in 2023, Comrade Luo Yingguang has led the team in addressing Nan'ao County's development needs, organizing over 120 research visits and successfully implementing 25 university-local cooperative projects. Key achievements include:

  • Establishing a joint county-university innovation research base while enhancing 6 research platforms
  • Introducing land-based three-dimensional mud crab farming technology and promoting national aquatic新品种
  • Completing 10 planning projects including the Huancheng East Road landscape enhancement
  • Hosting the Nan'ao "Rural Operator" competition attracting 23.9 million yuan in initial investments To date, the initiative has mobilized over 2,000 faculty and student participants, conducted more than 200 activities, and benefited over 10,000 residents.

Shantou University's "Double Hundred Action" has secured 14 provincial or higher-level awards and been selected among the first batch of provincial exemplary cases. In 2025, as a crucial year for the project's advancement, the university will continue to deepen county-university collaboration to contribute to regional coordinated development in Guangdong.
