2025-2026 Spring Semester Practice Week Student Teaching Evaluation Begins
It is reported that the Teacher Development and Education Assessment Center at Shantou University has launched the 2025–2026 spring semester practice week undergraduate student teaching evaluation program. All students enrolled in practice week courses are required to log in to the Teaching Quality Assurance Platform to complete classroom quality assessments for their instructors.
Student teaching evaluation is an essential component of the undergraduate education quality assurance system, with results serving as a reference for faculty seeking to improve their teaching methods. The current evaluation covers all practice week courses, including service-oriented labor courses and laboratory courses, and runs from today until July 24, 2026. Students at the Medical School will have their evaluations organized separately by their school.
How to Evaluate
Students may complete the evaluation through either a desktop or mobile browser by accessing the Teaching Quality Assurance Platform.

Important Notes
The evaluation is conducted anonymously, with the system displaying only aggregated results and no personal student information. Students are expected to provide honest and objective assessments of their instructors’ teaching activities.
For service-oriented labor courses, the evaluation is divided into “Student Self-Evaluation,” “Theory and Practice Instructor,” “Practice Instructor,” and “Theory Instructor” categories. Students enrolled in such courses must complete all evaluation categories that appear in the system.
The Teacher Development and Education Assessment Center reminds students that those who fail to complete this evaluation will be unable to view their course grades for the semester. Students wishing to access their grades are encouraged to submit their evaluations before the deadline.
