Shantou University Issues Procurement Supplier Management Measures

It is reported that Shantou University has officially issued the “Shantou University Procurement Supplier Management Measures,” effective July 15, 2026.

The measures were reviewed and approved at the 17th presidential office meeting held on July 2, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the 17th meeting of the university’s Party Committee Standing Committee on the same day. The document is numbered Shan Fa Fa [2026] No. 196.

The Procurement Supplier Management Measures aim to standardize the management of suppliers involved in the university’s procurement activities, establish mechanisms for supplier admission, evaluation, and withdrawal, and further enhance the standardization of the university’s procurement processes.
