Shantou University Revises and Issues Procurement and Bidding Management Measures

It is reported that Shantou University has revised and officially issued the “Shantou University Procurement and Bidding Management Measures,” effective July 15, 2026.

The revised measures were reviewed and approved at the 17th presidential office meeting held on July 2, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the 17th meeting of the university’s Party Committee Standing Committee on the same day. The document is numbered Shan Fa Fa [2026] No. 194.

The revised Procurement and Bidding Management Measures comprehensively standardize and optimize the university’s procurement and bidding procedures. With the implementation of the new measures, the former “Shantou University Procurement and Bidding Management Measures” (Shan Da Dang Zi [2022] No. 86) and the “Implementation Rules for the Shantou University Procurement and Bidding Management Measures” (Shan Fa Fa [2020] No. 132) are simultaneously repealed.
