Shantou University Issues Procurement Agency Management Measures

It is reported that Shantou University has officially issued the “Shantou University Procurement Agency Management Measures,” effective July 15, 2026.

The measures were reviewed and approved at the 17th presidential office meeting held on July 2, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the 17th meeting of the university’s Party Committee Standing Committee on the same day. The document is numbered Shan Fa Fa [2026] No. 195.

The Procurement Agency Management Measures aim to standardize the management of procurement agencies engaged by the university, establish mechanisms for agency selection, evaluation, and oversight, and further enhance the standardization of the university’s procurement processes.
