According to the Research Affairs Office at Shantou University, in accordance with the Several Provisions of the State Council on Implementing the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, the following technological achievement (technical secret) is proposed for public notice and transfer:
