Academic Affairs Office Offers Common Core Online Courses for Fall 2026
It is reported that the Academic Affairs Office will continue to offer common core online courses (with course codes starting with “OLC”) for Fall 2026, aiming to enrich course resources and types available to students.
Registration
Each student may enroll in no more than one online course per domain. Registration follows the same schedule and procedure as regular courses through the academic affairs system. Online course registration is not restricted by campus.
Study Requirements
After registration, student lists will be imported into the online learning platform following the adjustment period. Specific study and exam schedules will be announced later. Students must complete coursework as required by the platform. If abnormal learning data is detected (e.g., skipping videos or using third-party software), the data will not be recorded and students must redo the work.
Grades and Exams
Students must complete course check-in, study, discussions, assignments, and achieve at least 80% video progress to be eligible for the final exam. Online courses are not eligible for deferred exam applications and no make-up exams are offered. Grades are calculated according to the platform’s formula and included in GPA calculations.
For registration issues, contact Mr. Zhang (zzhang@stu.edu.cn, 86502417); for course-related issues during study, contact the course instructor or platform support.
