2025 Outstanding 'Secretary Leading Projects' Announced

The Organization Department has announced the list of outstanding “Secretary Leading Projects” for 2025. A total of 21 projects were initiated last year, with 8 selected as outstanding after comprehensive review, including projects focused on strengthening Party leadership to drive first-class research outcomes.

Party organizations at all levels are encouraged to learn from the best practices to build a coordinated and effective Party-building mechanism. The full list is available in the attached document.
