The 3rd Nan’ao County Rural Operations Manager Competition, themed “Shared Mountains and Seas, Cultivating Nan’ao,” calls for proposals from university teams, planning firms, and青年 entrepreneurs.
Scope
Teams select one of six villages or a cluster to develop a full-chain rural operations project covering planning, design, and implementation.

Prizes
1st Prize: 80,000 yuan (1 winner); 2nd Prize: 50,000 yuan (2); 3rd Prize: 20,000 yuan (3); Excellence: 10,000 yuan (2). Each finalist receives 5,000 yuan for research. An additional 50,000 yuan implementation bonus for projects breaking ground within one year.
