Sangpu Mountain Campus Dormitory Utility Billing Schedule Announced for June–July 2026
It is reported that the Resource Management Office has announced the water and electricity billing arrangements for Sangpu Mountain Campus student dormitories from June to July 2026 (before summer break). The billing is divided into three periods with varying rates and allowances for different student groups.

Dormitories without private bathrooms are exempt from cold water charges. Unused allowances are not compensated.
Graduate Prepayment
To facilitate graduation check-out, first-batch graduates are required to prepay 65 yuan, and second-batch graduates 100 yuan. Actual bills will be settled later with any overpayment refunded to the corresponding bank card. Refund details can be inquired at the Campus Card Center.
Verification and Payment Schedule
- Period 1: Data released Jun 20, verify Jun 21, bill generated Jun 22 with self-service payment, auto-deduction Jun 23–27 (including 65 yuan prepayment)
- Period 2: Data released Jul 1, verify Jul 2, bill generated Jul 3 with self-service payment, auto-deduction Jul 4–8 (including 100 yuan prepayment)
- Period 3: Data released Jul 21, verify Jul 22, bill and self-service payment from Jul 23 onward
Students can check their bills via the utility management system. Hongyi, Siyuan, Zhixing colleges and Graduate Building A: http://192.168.48.49:8080/hpao/main; other communities: http://power.stu.edu.cn/. Account is the campus network account. For discrepancies, submit the utility verification application form to the Utility Center (near the Science Building) by Jun 21, Jul 2, or Jul 22. Contact: 86502489, 86502400.
