2026 MOE Ideological Course Teacher Research Special Project Open for Applications

It is reported that the MOE Social Science Department has launched the 2026 special research project for university ideological and political theory course teachers, covering 5 categories:

• Xi Jinping Thought Course Research: ≤100,000 yuan (~20 projects)
• Teaching Reform Project: ≤100,000 yuan (~50 projects)
• Youth Research Project: ≤80,000 yuan (~100 projects)
• Teaching Case Study Project: ≤100,000 yuan (~20 projects)
• Classic Works Study Project: ≤100,000 yuan (~20 projects)

All with a 2-year research period.

Requirements

• Full-time ideological course teachers with teaching evaluation ranking in the top 30%
• Youth project applicants must be under 35 (born after July 12, 1991)
• Course research and case study project applicants must be award winners in teaching competitions

• Jun 22: Upload to system for format review
• Jul 2: Submit final version
