STU Youth League Recruits Volunteers for Summer Service in Leibo County, Sichuan

It is reported that the STU Youth League Committee and Shantou Huizeren Volunteer Service Center will organize volunteers to conduct service activities in Leibo County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, during the summer of 2026, aiming to deepen the integration of youth volunteer service with social practice and promote educational support.

The program departs on July 16 and lasts 3 to 5 days. Recruitment is limited to 3 volunteers who have previously participated in Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the “Hui Xiaozei Cloud Companion” program. Those with photography skills will receive priority.

Activities include visiting students’ homes and schools to understand the living conditions, family situations, learning environments, and school staffing of assisted students, as well as engaging in meaningful interactions to learn about their genuine needs and aspirations.

All transportation, accommodation, meals, and insurance during the program will be covered by Huizeren Volunteer Service Center at no cost to students. Participants must inform their parents and obtain their consent before departure.

Interested students should apply via the Questionnaire Star link by 12:00 PM on June 15. Interviews will be held on June 16, with specific details announced in the group chat.
