STU to Hold Administrator Training for Large Instrument Sharing Platform

It is reported that the Central Laboratory will hold a training session for college platform administrators on June 17 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM in the Central Laboratory conference room, located on the first floor of the High-Level Experimental Building A. The session is open to designated instrument sharing platform administrators from each college and relevant staff from the Central Laboratory.

The training focuses on the open sharing of large instruments funded by the national ultra-long-term special treasury bonds. Topics include: an overview of the university’s large instrument sharing platform, equipment information standardization, financial module training (including financial center setup and settlement accounts), reservation and fee parameter configuration, Q&A and experience sharing, and upcoming work arrangements.

Attendees are encouraged to review their department’s existing instrument entries on the platform beforehand and prepare questions related to platform management and financial procedures.
