Overview
To enhance the residential college experience and foster peer support, Gezhi College has launched its 2026-2027 peer mentor recruitment. Eligible applicants include undergraduates of sophomore year and above from the Law School and Gezhi College.
Requirements
- Strong political integrity, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to the college’s philosophy and willingness to serve
- Good academic standing in the previous year with no failed subjects (exceptions may apply for outstanding student leaders)
- Party members, probationary members, applicants, and student leaders preferred
- Must commit to a full one-year term
Timeline
- Application deadline: June 14, 12:00 — scan the QR code to fill in the questionnaire and join the WeChat group
- Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed; final selection based on questionnaire and interview results
Management & Evaluation
Peer mentors serve a one-year term. Upon completion, the college will evaluate performance and recommend outstanding mentors for recognition. The college reserves the right to revoke mentor status for those who fail to meet standards or cause adverse effects.
