STU Issues Discipline Requirements for 2025 Title Evaluation Process
It is reported that, to ensure fairness and integrity in the 2025 professional title evaluation process, the STU Title Evaluation Committee Office has issued a circular clarifying disciplinary requirements.
Applicants must adhere to academic norms, with all application materials being truthful, accurate, and complete. Any form of academic misconduct, including falsification, tampering, or plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. Applicants may not solicit or inquire about the list of evaluation experts or any confidential information regarding the review process, nor may they offer gifts, money, or entertainment to evaluators or staff. Seeking special favor through phone calls, messages, or in-person visits is forbidden. Those with objections to evaluation results should file appeals or complaints through proper procedures.
Evaluation experts and staff must assess applicants fairly and impartially, and must not cast biased votes or disclose review discussions or vote results. Anyone with a conflict of interest must proactively withdraw. Receiving applicant materials privately or using one’s position for improper gain is strictly prohibited.
