It is reported that, in preparation for the 2026 fall semester orientation and daily college management, the Business School and Mingde College have initiated the recruitment of student mentors for the incoming 2026 cohort. The recruitment is open to 2024 and 2025 cohort undergraduates of the Business School, with a one-year term.

Applicants must have a GPA ranking within the top 50% of their class for the 2025–2026 spring semester, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, and possess good teamwork and communication skills. Preference will be given to student leaders, Party members, development targets, Party applicants, and those with outstanding volunteer service records.

Selected mentors will serve dual roles as freshman mentors and college mentors: freshman mentors assist with orientation preparation, registration reception, and adaptation support; college mentors help with daily management, safety education, dormitory supervision, and community activities. Accepted mentors are required to complete a leadership course and designated practice hours. Those who pass the performance evaluation will receive comprehensive assessment bonus points and dormitory fee reduction.

Interested students should complete the registration questionnaire and join the consultation group by 5 PM on June 14.
