STU Announces 2026 'Hundred Thousand Ten Thousand Project' Social Practice Grants
The STU Youth League Committee and Youth Volunteers Association have announced the results of the 2026 “Hundred Thousand Ten Thousand Project” (百千万工程) social practice grant competition. Following college-level nomination and university review, 10 projects have been selected for funding.
Post-Approval Requirements
Each approved project must complete the following submissions:
- Attachment 2: STU 2026 “Hundred Thousand Ten Thousand Project” Social Practice Grant Application Form, with a budget of 2,000 RMB per project and detailed expense breakdown
- Attachment 3: Student Outdoor Activity Liability Waiver
- Attachment 4: Project Budget Plan
Submission Deadlines

25xmch@stu.edu.cnby 12:00 on Thursday, June 12, 2026 - Printed version: After electronic review, submit by 12:00 on Sunday, June 15, 2026 to either:
- Room 0625, Building C, East Coast Campus Dormitory
- Room D508, Jingyi Academy, Sangpu Mountain Campus
The university will conduct a unified evaluation and recognition process after project completion. Teams are expected to implement their activities on the ground, complete required volunteer team registration and community partnership arrangements, and fulfill all project tasks in compliance with the volunteer service and service-learning framework.
