STU to Hold 2026 Graduation Ceremony Coordination Meeting

The university will hold a coordination meeting on June 9, 2026 to finalize preparations for the 2026 graduation ceremony.

Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2026, 15:00
Venue: Room 401, Administration Building East Wing, Sangpu Mountain Campus

Attendees:

• University leaders
• Heads from the Publicity Department, General Office, East Coast Campus Management Committee, Student Affairs Office, Youth League Committee, Graduate School, Resources Management Office (including campus health services), Academic Affairs Office, Alumni Relations Office, Security Office, Bidding Center, Network and Information Center, and Arts Education Center
• Relevant staff from each college

Instructions:

1. Each unit should submit the list of attendees to the Student Affairs Office by 12:00 on Monday, June 8, 2026, using the format provided in the attachment.
