To strengthen the teaching workforce and advance educational digital transformation, the Center for Faculty Development and Educational Assessment will host the 18th Faculty AI Literacy and Skills Enhancement Training on June 10, 2026.

1. Foundations: Mastering the Core Concepts and Value of Skills

  • Concept analysis: Understanding the definition of Skills and their role in intelligent teaching environments
  • Value analysis: Unique advantages of developing teaching Skills for improving instructional efficiency and personalized learning
  • Composition analysis: Systematic overview of the basic components and architecture of a complete teaching Skill

2. Skill Applications: Real-World Impact Across Teaching Scenarios

  • Course design Skills: Intelligent PPT design and content generation
  • Teaching process Skills: Intelligent skills that empower classroom instruction and interaction
  • Knowledge presentation Skills: Visual rendering of complex teaching content
  • Academic tool Skills: Literature search, data analysis, and other research assistance
  • Chart generation Skills: Automatic knowledge graph and professional chart creation from data

3. Hands-On Development: Creating and Publishing a Teaching Skill from Scratch

  • Experience extraction and positioning: Map personal teaching expertise and precisely define the core functionality and scenarios for the Skill
  • AI-assisted development: Master key prompt engineering techniques to leverage AI in coding and logic construction
  • Debugging and optimization: Learn testing, debugging methods, and performance optimization strategies
  • Publishing workflow: Familiarize with the full process of packaging, deploying, and formally launching a Skill

Speaker Profile

Zheng Yu is an AI-direction lecturer expert of the China Electronics Society “Talent Project,” a senior AIGC prompt engineer of the China Electronics Society, a gold medal AIGC and PPT trainer with Qiuye Group, an Alibaba DAMO advanced AI trainer, and a prompt engineer for iFlytek Open Platform. He previously served as a regional training director at a large domestic retail enterprise.
