STU to Hold 2026 Graduate Exit Coordination Meeting

The Admissions and Employment Office, Student Affairs Office, Graduate School, and General Office of the Party Committee have jointly announced that a 2026 Graduate Exit Coordination Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in Room 401, East Administrative Building, Sangpushan Campus, to coordinate departure procedures for the graduating class.

Representatives from the following units are required to attend: all colleges (and residential colleges), the General Office of the Party Committee, Admissions and Employment Office, Student Affairs Office, Graduate School, Youth League Committee, Party Committee Organization Department, Network and Information Center, Academic Affairs Office, Finance Office, Resources Management Office (university hospital, property management, utilities center), Security Office, library, Alumni Affairs Office, and East Coast Management Committee.

Each relevant unit must submit its list of attendees to the Admissions and Employment Office by 3:00 PM on Monday, June 8 (contact: Chen Rong; tel: 86502357; email: o_bys@stu.edu.cn).
