STU Issues Rewards and Incentives Policy for Graduate Employment Work

According to STU official document (No. 150 [2026]), the “STU Graduate Employment Work Rewards and Incentives Measures” was approved by the 11th President’s Executive Meeting on April 29, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the University Party Committee Standing Committee at its 11th meeting on the same day. The policy is now officially promulgated for implementation by all university units.
The measures are designed to further advance graduate employment initiatives and to incentivize departments and individuals who play an active role in employment work. The policy provides specific provisions for recognizing and rewarding advanced collectives, outstanding individuals, and contributors to employment promotion.
