To ensure orderly and accurate processing of 2026 graduate personnel archives, the Admissions and Career Office is recruiting 12 temporary student workers for archive-related tasks.
Position Details
- Positions: 12
- Period: July 1 – July 24, 2026 (tentative)
- Location: Room 223, Administrative Center, Sangpu Mountain Campus
- Pay: Standard university work-study hourly rate, paid according to actual working hours
Qualifications
- Full-time undergraduate student with sufficient availability during summer; no schedule conflicts; able to serve for the full period and follow assignments.
- Proficient in Office software, with basic data entry, information verification, and spreadsheet organization skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle repetitive fine-grained work, with good execution and teamwork skills.
- Strict confidentiality;严禁私自查看、拍摄、传播或泄露毕业生档案及相关涉密信息。
- Able to follow unified arrangements from supervisors and cooperate with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, count, verify, sort, organize, and bind graduate archives; check material completeness and standardization.
- Cross-check archives with student records; perform system data entry, correction, and updates.
- Maintain and update archive management records, track archive status, organize working forms and documents.
- Assist with archive packaging, verification, packing, registration, mailing, and other related tasks.
- Assist with storage room organization, document copying, and other daily tasks as assigned.
