Sangpu Campus Dormitory Utility Bill for May 2026

Billing Information

The May 2026 utility bills for Sangpu Campus student dormitories have been released. The billing period is May 1–31, with a per-person allowance of 8 kWh electricity, 1.6 tons hot water, and 2.4 tons cold water.

Review

June 3–5: Log in to the utility billing system to check:

• Hongyi, Siyuan, Zhixing Colleges & Graduate Building A: http://192.168.48.49:8080/hpao/main
• Other dormitories (including New College Phase 2, Building 3): http://power.stu.edu.cn/ (campus network account)

For discrepancies, submit the completed verification form to the Utility Center (near the Science & Technology Building). Phone: 86502400, 86502489.

Payment

If no objections, pay online via the system from June 6 (ensure sufficient card balance). Accounts not paid by June 8 will be auto-deducted from the campus card.
