STU Seeks Comments on Scientific Research Achievement Transformation Management Measures

The Research Office has drafted the STU Scientific Research Achievement Transformation Management Measures along with four implementation rules covering achievement transfer, licensing, granting ownership or long-term usage rights to researchers, and equity investment. The documents are now open for public comment.
