Competition Overview
The 2026 Shantou Network Civilization Video Competition (Qinglang “Ju Geili”) was organized by the Municipal Cybersecurity Emergency Command Center to advance cyber governance education and telecom fraud prevention. The finals were held on May 31. Six works from Shantou University received awards, and one faculty member won an excellence in instruction award.
