Engineering College Opens 2026 Intelligent Systems Innovation Class Applications

Launched in June 2025, the Intelligent Systems Innovation Class at the College of Engineering uses interdisciplinary project-based training to cultivate engineering talent. The 2026 session is now open for applications.
Program Highlights
- Interdisciplinary training: Integrates mechanical, electronic, civil, and biomedical engineering with a “mentor + industry expert” dual guidance model
- Practice-oriented teaching: Enterprise visits, real-world project development, and innovation competitions through university-industry collaboration
- Certification & incentives: Graduates receive an Innovation Class certificate and 2 elective credits. Outstanding members may receive funding for patent applications, publications, and provincial-level competition participation
Selection Process
Eligibility: Engineering undergraduates (2024 and 2025 cohorts) with a GPA in the top 30% of their major and year.
Process: Application review → Interview (personal presentation + expert Q&A) → 45 students selected based on comprehensive evaluation.
