Donghai'an Campus Dormitory Utility Bill for May 2026

Billing Information

The May 2026 utility bills for Donghai’an Campus student dormitories have been released. The billing period is May 1–31, with a per-person allowance of 8 kWh electricity, 1.6 tons hot water, and 2.4 tons cold water.

Review

Log in to the STU Utility Billing System (http://power.stu.edu.cn/) using your campus network account. For discrepancies, submit the completed verification form to Room 915, Building C, Donghai’an Campus during office hours by June 5 (phone: 86500175).

Payment

If no objections, pay online via the system from June 6. Accounts not confirmed or paid by June 8 will be auto-deducted from the campus card.

Ensure sufficient card balance. Disputes raised after the review period may take 3–5 business days to resolve.
