School of Mathematics and Computer Science Appoints Department Heads

It is reported that following the 6th meeting of the Party Committee of the School of Mathematics and Computer Science in 2026, the following appointments and removals have been made:

Wang Dabing has been appointed as Chair of the Department of Mathematics, and Cai Lingru as Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Technology, both for a one-year probationary period. Xu Jianlong has been appointed as Deputy Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Technology, concurrently serving as Director of the Computer Teaching Center.

Meanwhile, Li Jian has stepped down as Chair of the Department of Mathematics; Jiang Dazhi has been removed as Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Technology; and Xiong Zhi has been removed as Deputy Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Technology.
