International College to Host the 4th World Food Carnival

According to the International College notice, the 4th World Food Carnival will be held on May 31 to promote multicultural exchange. The theme is “Gathering Flavors from Around the World.”

Event Details

  • Time: May 31, 2026 (Sunday), 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Venue: Waterside Study Room, Shude College
  • Participants: All STU international students
  • Organizer: International College
  • Co-organizer: STU Student International Cultural Exchange Association

Activities

World Cuisine Cooking: International students form teams to cook 1–2 dishes and present each dish’s name, ingredients, origin, evolution, and cultural significance to the audience.

Food Tasting: The audience tastes and scores each team’s dishes.

Best Dish Award: Faculty from the International College and audience members score the dishes to determine the winners.

Cultural Quiz: A food-themed knowledge quiz will be held in the waiting area.
