2024 GD Science & Technology Innovation Fund Project Completion Review Launched
Scope
According to the STU Youth League Committee notice, the two-year research period for 2024 Guangdong Science and Technology Innovation Strategy Special Fund projects has ended. The Provincial Committee has initiated the project completion review covering all approved projects from this batch.
Teams that have completed their research must submit completion applications and supporting materials through the online system. Projects that fail to apply on time without valid reasons will be recorded as not passing.
Submission Requirements
Project Completion Report: Must highlight contributions to the “百千万工程” strategy, including project outputs, team member career paths, and practical application value. Must be signed by the supervising faculty member.
Papers: Published papers require journal copies or database screenshots (CNKI, VIP, Wanfang). Accepted but unpublished papers require an acceptance letter and original manuscript. Papers must include team member authors and acknowledge the fund.
Patents: Granted patents require electronic certificates; pending patents require acceptance notices.
Other Outputs: Physical成果 require photos and certification. Competition awards (e.g., “Challenge Cup”) require scanned certificates.
Team Member Materials: Each member must submit a personal summary and fill in graduation year, career plans in the completion report.
