STU Bidding Center Seeks Bid Evaluation Experts

According to the STU Bidding Center notice, the university is expanding its bid evaluation expert database for independent procurement projects in accordance with university procurement regulations.
Expert Categories
The expert database covers the following categories:
| Category | Scope |
|---|---|
| Goods Technical Expert | Instruments, equipment, materials, books, textbooks, medical supplies |
| Engineering Technical Expert | New construction, renovation, expansion, demolition, repair, design, supervision |
| Services Technical Expert | Property management, asset auctions |
| Economic Expert | Participates in bidding evaluation across goods, engineering, and services |
Basic Requirements
- At least intermediate professional title or equivalent, with five years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with bidding laws and regulations
- Ability to perform duties with integrity and impartiality
Application
Applications may be submitted via individual application or departmental recommendation (with prior consent). Materials include the registration form and copies of degree and professional certificates.
