Overview
The National Business Elite Challenge International Trade Competition (Foreign-Related Legal Services Track), hosted by the CCPIT Commercial Committee, is an A-level national competition. The Law School is now selecting teams.
Requirements
- Open to all undergraduates and postgraduates (separate teams)
- 3–5 members per team with 1–2 advisors
- Must be available for full preparation from August to October
Tracks
Legal Due Diligence: Simulate a legal service firm conducting due diligence on cross-border transactions.
AI+Law Research: Investigate AI application scenarios or LLM development enterprises.
Evaluation
Written report (70%) + oral presentation with 10-min video (30%)
Registration
Submit registration form by Aug 1, 24:00, and report draft + PPT by Aug 15, 24:00, to zhywen@stu.edu.cn.
