The Law School, Gezhi College, and the International Cooperation Office are hosting the 25th Career Salon, featuring Associate Professor Zhao Yuan from the Beijing Foreign Studies University School of International Organizations.

The lecture will analyze trends in international organization positions and competency assessment, exploring the shift from general competency training to role-specific pathways and from individual competition to systemic national support.

About the Speaker

Zhao Yuan is an associate professor at BFSU’s School of International Organizations, a Harvard Kennedy School visiting scholar, and a consultant to the UN ECOSOC and ITER. Her course “International Organization Talent Development” has been recognized as a national first-class undergraduate course.
