STU Jiangsu Alumni Association Holds 2nd Council Meeting in Zhenjiang
Overview
On May 23, the Jiangsu Alumni Association held its 2nd Council Meeting and alumni exchange in Zhenjiang as part of STU’s 45th anniversary celebrations. Themed “Uniting Alumni Strength, Painting a Blueprint for Development,” the event was attended by Director Huang Yixiong of the University Party and Administrative Office along with council members.
New Appointments
The council approved:
- Xie Linghai (2000, Industrial Catalysis) and Wang Jiang’an (1994, Foreign Trade) as vice presidents
- Yang Yang (2000, Business Management) as executive vice president
President Kuang Shu announced plans to add two more vice presidents to strengthen the management structure.
Alumni Exchange
Director Huang Yixiong emphasized the university’s commitment to strengthening connections with alumni networks and leveraging alumni resources for institutional development. Attendees shared insights on industry-academia collaboration and alumni platform building.
