Key Changes

The Academic Affairs Office and Student Affairs Office announced that the former “Service Labor Course” has been renamed “College Practice (Labor) Course.” Credits have been adjusted from 1.5 to 2 credits, and class hours from 45 to 56 hours.

For Students Who Completed the Old Course

Students who have already completed and received credit for the original course do not need to retake it — their existing record satisfies graduation requirements.

For Students Who Have Not Taken It

Students who have not yet taken the course must complete at least one College Practice (Labor) Course to meet graduation requirements.

Summer Practice Week

The summer practice week session will be recorded under the new course name, but will retain the original 1.5 credits and 45 hours. Students who complete this session will also satisfy graduation requirements.
