Office Phone Bill Verification for March–April 2026

Verification Instructions

Electronic phone bills for March–April 2026 (including both China Telecom and China Mobile landlines) have been imported into the Phone Management System. Unit verifiers should review them promptly.

Steps

1. Log in at http://lrmo.stu.edu.cn and check “电信固话” and “移动固话” respectively
2. Confirm bills without issues by clicking “确定核实选择的账单”; report discrepancies by May 26 via email:
   • China Telecom landlines: o_dhs@stu.edu.cn
   • China Mobile landlines: stunic@stu.edu.cn
3. Bills not disputed or confirmed by the deadline will be automatically approved
4. The Finance Office will deduct charges from unit budgets on May 28
