Engineering College Launches Outstanding Student Leader and "Five-Color Navigator" Selection
Overview
The College of Engineering has announced the launch of the 2025-2026 academic year selection and commendation for Outstanding Student Leaders and “Five-Color Navigators,” aiming to recognize exemplary students and inspire the wider student body.
Award Types and Quotas
Outstanding Student Leaders targets student assistants, student union and graduate student union leaders at both college and university levels, Youth League cadres, “Red Star” navigation group leaders, volunteer association leaders, club leaders, and class committee members. The quota shall not exceed 10% of eligible candidates.
“Five-Color Navigators” is open to all Engineering College students, divided into five categories with no more than 10 awardees per category:

Basic Requirements
Applicants must have a firm and correct political orientation, actively practice socialist core values, demonstrate good conduct and dedication, maintain strong academic performance with no failing grades in the评选 academic year, abide by university regulations, and actively participate in social practice.
Selection Process
Interested students must complete the application form and submit it along with supporting materials via email to 23rhbi@stu.edu.cn by May 29. Submission files must be submitted by class, with the naming format “Undergraduate/Graduate + Year + Major Class + Application Materials.”
The college will form a selection committee to review applications and determine the preliminary list, which will be announced for public feedback before the final award decision.
