Background
In support of National Student Mental Health Awareness Month, the School of Science and Zhicheng Academy are co-hosting the 22nd Peer Support Program — a mental health day themed “Wandering Hearts, Gathering Joy · Understanding Reason, Nourishing Minds.” The event aims to encourage self-care, self-acceptance, and a positive, resilient mindset.
Activities
The event features seven interactive booths. Participants collect stamps to redeem prizes:

| Emotion Drift Bottle | Write worries, warm moments, and stress tips on color-coded sticky notes |
| Stress-Relief Palette | Create freeform art with colors and lines to release stress |
| Kindness Blind Box | Draw a surprise note and leave an anonymous kind message for someone else |
| Emotion Bowling | Pin negative emotions on bowling pins and knock them down |
| Compliment Puzzle | Complete a jigsaw puzzle in pairs and exchange sincere compliments |
| Emotion Charades | One person acts out emotions while the other draws and guesses |
| Stamp Redemption | Exchange collected stamps for prizes |
