Competition Content
Teams design proposals around smart city topics. Each team may have 1–4 members. Cross-disciplinary collaboration is encouraged.

Rules
- Plagiarism and falsification are strictly prohibited; violators will be disqualified and prizes revoked
- Different teams may choose the same topic direction but must not submit identical content
- Participants must compete with integrity; malicious conduct toward other teams is prohibited
