Xingchuan College Recruiting Student Mentors for 2026-2027 Academic Year

Xingchuan College is recruiting student mentors for the 2026-2027 academic year from among all undergraduate students of the 2024 and 2025 cohorts. The application deadline is May 24, 24:00.

Responsibilities

According to the college, mentors serve a one-year term, primarily assisting with daily community management and student services. Duties include visiting dormitories to check on students’ well-being, helping organize “one-stop” community activities, and relaying student feedback to the college administration. Mentors are expected to commit sufficient time and energy to the role.

Appointed mentors will receive an official appointment letter and a work stipend at the university’s standard rate. The college will also organize regular training sessions to support their development.
