Unofficial STU News Platform "STU News" Goes Live
Platform Launch
An unofficial Shantou University news and information platform — STU News (news.shantou.university) — driven by the ShanTou.University community, went live today. The platform aggregates publicly available campus news, academic updates, student activities, and media coverage from a third-party perspective, serving STU students, faculty, alumni, and the general public.
Features
According to the community, the platform offers full bilingual (Chinese/English) support, light and dark theme options, category browsing, and date-archived content. The site is built on the Astro framework, fully open source, and hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
