STU 45th Anniversary Short Video Contest: Tell STU's Story, Win a DJI Pocket 4
To celebrate Shantou University’s 45th anniversary, the Admissions and Employment Office, together with Shantou Luoyin Design Co., Ltd., is launching the “Tell STU’s Story” short video creation contest, open to all current students, faculty, and alumni.
Overview
- Theme: Tell STU’s Story (Official hashtag: #把汕大讲给你听)
- Eligibility: All current STU students, faculty, and alumni
- Period: May 20 – June 30, 2026
- Platforms: WeChat Video Channel, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu (judged independently per platform)
How to Participate
Create videos showcasing campus scenery, student life, faculty stories, alumni memories, or personal growth reflections. Post with the official hashtag #把汕大讲给你听 on any or all platforms. Each platform has its own awards; cross-platform submissions count only for the highest result.

Submission
Submit via the “STU Admissions” (汕大招生) WeChat official account between June 28, 00:00 and June 30, 23:59. Navigate to “Material Submission” in the bottom menu to upload your video link and data screenshots.
Bonus: Share & Win
Forward the “STU Admissions” WeChat post “Tell STU’s Story | A Love Letter to STU” to your Moments and collect likes. Submit a screenshot to the WeChat account by 12:00 PM, May 21 — the top 20 will receive an STU customized gift pack.
