Engineering College 4th Graduate Student 'Youth Joy Run' Kicks Off May 21

To promote a “health first” philosophy and encourage graduate students to stay active, the Engineering College is hosting the 4th Graduate Student “Youth Joy Run” at Sangpushan Campus.

Event Details

  • Theme: Youth Without Limits, Engineering in Motion
  • Eligibility: All Engineering College graduate students
  • Period: May 21 – May 31
  • Location: Sangpushan Campus
  • Organizers: Engineering College Youth League Committee & Graduate Student Union

Activities

Distance Challenge

Track runs using the Keep app. Minimum 3 km per run; valid pace is under 6.5 min/km for men and 7.5 min/km for women.

Weight Management Challenge

Weigh-ins on May 21 and June 1. Rankings based on weight change combined with running frequency. Participation in both weigh-ins is required.

Campus Orienteering Race

Form teams of 1–3, navigate through checkpoints across campus, and return to the finish line.

Notes

  • Run screenshots must be submitted by 11:00 PM, June 1 with complete data (date, distance, pace, duration, cadence, username)

  • Participants should assess their own health and run within their limits
