The Admissions and Employment Office is recruiting several 2026 Admissions Consultation Assistants from current undergraduate students to support its outreach and inquiry operations during the peak admissions season.
Qualifications
- Academically strong undergraduate who understands and identifies with STU’s mission
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and internet tools; fast typist familiar with social media culture
- Courteous, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible
- Previous experience with STU admissions outreach or hotline work is a plus
- Must be available (no other volunteer commitments) from June 15 to July 4
Work Details
- Duties: Answer admissions hotline calls, respond to inquiries on social media platforms (WeChat, QQ, Weibo), assist with on-site and online consultation events, and help receive visiting high school groups
- Schedule: June 15 – July 4, rotating shifts (8:30–12:00, 12:00–17:00, 17:00–21:00)
- Location: Room 223, Administration Center, Sangpushan Campus
- Compensation: University work-study hourly rate
